1. Custom Order Policy
Every nail set we create is a fully custom, handmade piece made exclusively for your order. All custom designs are personalized and unique to each customer.
For this reason, we do not accept order cancellations, refunds, or returns once production has begun on your custom set.
Please carefully double-check all of your order details before checkout, including nail sizes, design references, color selections, and all custom requests. We will follow your confirmed design specifications exactly during production.
If you need minor adjustments to your design, please send us a message within 24 hours of purchase before your order enters our production queue. No changes can be made once production starts.
Every piece is made especially for you after your order is placed. Production typically takes 1–2 weeks, and we’ll ship it as soon as it’s ready. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way, and we’ll monitor the shipment to help ensure it arrives safely at your doorstep. Thanks so much for your patience—we promise it’s worth the wait.
2. Handmade Craft & Color Variation Notice
All our press-on nails are 100% hand-painted and hand-assembled by our craft team. No machine mass production is involved in our finished pieces.
Slight color differences, tiny detail variations, and minor texture differences may occur between your received piece and reference images. These subtle differences are common and expected with all handmade artwork, caused by individual hand craftsmanship, lighting conditions, and screen display differences across devices.
These natural handmade variationsdo not qualify as quality defects. We always strive our absolute best to replicate your reference design and deliver the closest possible aesthetic result.
3. Product Use & Customer Responsibility
Our press-on nails are designed and manufactured solely for cosmetic beauty use.
We are not responsible for any damage, discomfort, or loss caused by improper glue application, incorrect removal methods, self-modification, rough handling, or misuse of the product after delivery.
If you have sensitive skin or allergies, we strongly recommend completing a simple skin patch test before full wear. We are not liable for individual skin reactions, allergies, or irritations resulting from personal use.
Any abnormal or improper use of the product is solely at the customer’s own responsibility.
